This training offers a method of prioritisation of objectives to give them a common theme that leads to successful project completion.

Debrief of day 1 and validate groups SMART3 objectives

Write and describe one’s objectives
Get objectives validated by stakeholders
Communicate objectives to interested parties
Create a plan to achieve the objectives
Decide what actions to take and prioritise them
Fix deadlines for different stages of the plan
Analyse the risks for the successful completion of the defined plan and prepare plan b’s & plan c’s
Manage the plan
Manage external participants in the plan
